We offer a generous 14-day free trial on all our subscription plans. During this period, you can cancel at any time without being charged. Your card will only be billed if you do not cancel before the trial period ends.

2. Subscription Refunds

Because we offer a 14-day free trial for you to evaluate the software, we generally do not offer refunds for monthly subscription payments once the charge has been processed. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

3. One-Time Setup Fees

One-time setup and onboarding fees are non-refundable once the integration process has begun, as this covers the manual labor and engineering time required to connect our AI to your Google Business Profile.

4. Exceptions

If you experience technical issues that prevent the software from functioning as described, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the current billing cycle.
